| 1. When the pneumatic fitting cannot grip the PTFE tube securely, it needs to be replaced. | 2. Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the fitting by turning it counterclockwise. | 3. Then, unscrew it the rest of the way by hand. |

| 4. Remove the old fitting. | 5. Screw in the new fitting clockwise. | 6. Do not use a wrench to tighten it, as this may damage the fitting. |

| 7. Insert the PTFE tube all the way into the new fitting. | 8. Gently pull the tube upward. | 9. If it doesn't come out, the replacement is successful. |
