Before feeding filaments, please ensure there are no filaments left in the tube. If there are any, refer to this article to remove the residual filaments or the guide video to unclog the filament tube.
If you find that the filament tip gets stuck on the extruder and cannot be inserted into the tube, follow these steps:

| 1. After the filament passes through the extruder, it is not inserted into the PTFE tube. | 2. Pull the filament out. | 3. Cut the tip at an opposite angle. |

| 4. Straighten the tip for about 3-4 cm | 5. Reinsert the tip. | 6. Continue pushing until the tip enters the tube. (If it fails, repeat steps 3-5. ) |
