If your prints have gaps between layers, appear flimsy, or are too thin, as shown in the picture above, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Solution 1: Unclog the Nozzle
After the printer has been used for a period of time, the nozzle needs to be unclogged. Please refer to this article for detailed instructions on how to unclog the nozzle.
Solution 2: Set the Printing Temperature
The default slicing temperature of the X-MAKER app is adapted to the official filaments. If you use third-party filaments, the printing temperature may not match the filaments and you need to adjust the printing temperature.
If your model prints incompletely, as shown in the picture above, follow these steps:
Solution 1: Check the Filament
Ensure the filament is not tangled or knotted. If it is tangled or knotted (as shown in the pictures above), unload the filament. After unloading, untangle the spool, or use a new spool of filament.
Solution 2: Unclog the Nozzle
If the filament is not tangled or knotted, the nozzle may be clogged. Please refer to this article for detailed instructions on how to unclog the nozzle.
