During the transportation, the printhead may be disengaged from the groove due to vibration. Follow these steps to fix it.

| 1. Observe that the printhead is disengaged from the groove. | 2. Turn off the power. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to remove the two fixing bolts. | 3. Remove the printhead. |

| 4. Fit the printhead back to the groove. | 5. Tighten the bolts firmly to secure the nozzle. | 6. The printer is now ready to work. |
