Sometimes during shipping, the printhead may come loose from its groove due to vibration. Here's how to reattach it:

| 1. Confirm that the printhead is not properly seated in its groove. | 2. Turn off the power. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to remove the two fixing bolts. | 3. Remove the printhead. |

| 4. Align the printhead and place it back into the groove. | 5. Reinsert and tighten the screws to secure it firmly. | 6. The printer is now ready to work. |
